Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manoranjan Raman Sharma on Magh 27, 2078.
Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the appointment of Mr. RaviRaj Bhattarai as the independent director of the company, as per the media statement.
