Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has conducted a range of events at its different branches to commemorate its 25th anniversary on Jestha 7, 2076. The main branch of the bank located at Durbarmarg of Kathmandu has conducted a walkathon event around the core city area of Kathmandu which was attended by most of the employees of the bank from the bank’s Kathmandu valley branches.
More importantly, the bank at its head office has felicitated famous cultural studies giant of Nepal Hon. Satya Mohan Joshi amid a separate event which was also attended by chairman of the bank Mr. Rajesh Upadhya, board members Mr. Rupendra Paudel, Mr. Rajesh Rauniyar, among others. Chairman Mr. Upadhya handed over the certificate of appreciation and cheque amount of Rs 1 lakh to Mr. Joshi as a recognition to his contribution towards documentation of Nepalese culture.
