Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank launches new home and business loan schemes; slashes interest rate to just 12.99% with special discount in service charge

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has launched new home loan and business loan schemes to provide credit facilities at just a 12.99% rate of interest.

The bank, amid the new year special offer, is also providing a special discount of 0.25% on the service charge for both these loan schemes for female house/business owners for a limited time. In addition, the borrowers can also receive up to 100% of the cost of the home/building as a loan for a maximum period of 30 years and a special discount on the service fee, as per the media statement.

In the business loan scheme, the bank will provide loans for entrepreneurs with the best valuation of property, loan amount disbursed beforehand and an attractive discount is also available in-service charge, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 103 branches across the nation serving around 7 lakh customers.
