Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Hosts Workshop On Leadership And Community Development

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) organized a two-day workshop/seminar titled "Leadership/Development of Community Unity and Physical Health" in Sauraha, Chitwan, from Falgun 26th to 27th, 2080.

The event was attended by high-level management officials, department heads, provincial heads, central office staff, and branch managers.

Discussions focused on navigating the current economic recession and negativity, emphasizing the need for collective employee efforts to expand the bank's business, protect customer rights, and provide excellent service.

Strategies for maximizing business expansion in the remaining time of the financial year 2080/81 were deliberated upon. Practical exercises highlighted the importance of collective unity, physical health, capable leadership, and high morale for success.

Embracing the slogan "Strong Bank, Successful Cooperation," the bank has been delivering quality financial services to the Nepalese people for 28 years. Additionally, the 22nd annual general meeting passed a resolution to bring foreign banks or financial institutions as strategic partners.
