Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Honors Chaniklal Tamang for Heroic Rescue Efforts

Chaniklal Tamang, a 33-year-old resident of Temal village in the Kavre district, was honored by Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank for his heroic act of rescuing two individuals at Nakhu Khola.

During a ceremony at the bank's central office on the 13th Ashwin, he received a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh. The bank hopes that recognizing such bravery will inspire others to participate in rescue efforts during disasters.

Additionally, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank expressed condolences to those affected by recent floods in the country and wished for the quick recovery of the injured.
