Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank felicitates recent Mt. K2 summiteers from Nepal; provides cash reward to mountaineers for creating history for Nepal and Nepalese

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has felicitated Nepalese mountaineers team who recently scaled Mt. K2 of Pakistan, which is the second highest peak in the world and known as the killer peak.

The team of Nepalese mountaineers successfully scaled up the summit on Magh 3, 2077 thereby setting up the world record of achieving this feat during winter for the very first time.

Chairman of the bank Mr. Rajesh Upadhya has provided a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh to the Mt. K2 mountaineering team for hoisting the national flag of Nepal at the Mt. K2’s summit thereby creating the history for Nepal and Nepalese, as per the media statement.
