Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Empowers Women Entrepreneurs with Electric Vehicles for Green Mobility

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) has initiated a campaign to empower women entrepreneurs in public transport by providing them with electric vehicles.

In Dhulikhel Municipality, keys to electric vehicles were distributed to women entrepreneurs as part of the "Empowering Women through Green Mobility" initiative.

The bank plans to expand this campaign across other local levels to meet the rising demand for eco-friendly transportation.

With the motto "Strong Bank, Successful Cooperation," Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has been offering quality financial services for 29 years, with 103 branch offices and approximately 700,000 customers nationwide.

At its 22nd annual general meeting, a proposal was approved to engage foreign banks or financial institutions as strategic partners.
