Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank convenes its 21st AGM; endorses 10.47% dividend to its shareholders

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank convened its 21st AGM for the FY 2078-79 on Poush 29, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajesh Upadhaya.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 4% bonus shares and a 6.47% cash dividend (including taxation purposes) to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
