Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank convenes its 19th AGM; endorses proposal of 8.80% bonus shares and 0.46% cash dividend to shareholders

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has virtually convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Chaitra 13, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8.80% bonus shares and 0.46% cash dividend to the shareholders. The AGM also authorized the board to carry out mergers/ acquisitions, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 103 branches, and 34 ATM booths serving more than 5 lakh customers, as per the media statement.
