Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has convened its 18th AGM on Kartik 29, 2076 thereby endorsing 9.89% cash dividend and 8% bonus shares to its shareholders.
The bank currently provides its services to more than 5 lakh customers from its 102 branches and 35 branches.
