Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank constructs water purification station for clean and safe drinking water at Hari Dil Bhumi Ma.Vi of Surkhet; takes financial literacy to plus 2 students of Bajrabarahi School

Mahalaxmi Bank, under its CSR initiative, has installed drinking water purification machine at Shree Hari Dil Bhumi Ma.Vi located at Birendra Nagarpalika-3 of Surkhet and handed over to the school administration of Kartik 24, 2076. The bank hopes to reduce student absenteeism due to different illness because of impure drinking water and aims to supply clean drinking water throughout the year with the latest installation, as per the media statement.

Similarly, the bank also conducted financial literacy program on the same day at Bajrabarahi School locate at Palung in order to encourage the plus level students to develop saving habit. The bank disseminated information on several banking and financial aspects like money management, saving accounts, banking services and so on, as per the media statement.
