Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has successfully concluded its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashoj 26, 2075. The AGM has endorsed 7% cash dividend and 8% bonus shares from the profit of Fiscal year 2074/75. Similarly, the AGM also discussed and finalized the appointment of auditor and the remuneration for the same.
Mahalaxmi Bikas bank is currently serving its customers from a network of 77 branches and 35 ATMs.
