Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank announces 16th AGM on Baisakh 21; company to issue 9% cash dividend

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has announced its 16th AGM date and notified about the book closure for the same.
The AGM of the company will be held at All in one Mart, Crown Banquet, Minbhawan on Baisakh 21, 2075. The book closure date for the general meeting has been set on Baisakh 07, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank till Baisakh 6, 2075 will be eligible for participating in the AGM.
The board meeting of the company has announced cash dividend of 9% for its shareholders worth Rs 23,70,41,770 from the profit of FY 2073/74.
