Mahakali Bikas Bank annual meet

KATHMANDU, DEC 03: 

Kanchanpur-based Mahakali Bikas Bank (MBB) held its fifth annual general meeting (AGM) under its chairman Surendra Kumar Joshi. It was attended by the president of Kanchanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ganesh Dutta Joshi as chief guest. The AGM approved the financials of the last fiscal year and also appointed Sujan 

Kumar Kafle and Associates as the auditing firm for the current fiscal year. The development bank proposed to distribute 12 per cent cash dividend from the profit of last fiscal year. It also decided to approach the central bank to expand its banking area from Kanchanpur to adjoining Dadeldhura and Kailali districts and be open for a possible merger with other financial institutions.
