Machhapuchhre Bank to facilitate digital payment of loan for EPF borrowers; to partner with NCHL for digital loan payment system

Machhapuchchhre Bank and Employee Provident Fund have inked an agreement under which the bank will facilitate in digital payment loan amount and interest for the borrowers of EPF which would involve Nepal Clearing House in the process.

The agreement to that effect was signed between DY GM of the bank Mr. Bishwambhar Neupane and Chief Manager of the EPF Mr. Arjun Kumar Gautam, as per the media statement.

Following the agreement, borrowers of EPF with their bank accounts at any BFI can make easy digital payment of their loan amount through the portal https://login.connectips.com/ rather than visiting the bank during the ongoing Covid threat, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 159 branches, 198 ATM terminals, and 134 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
