Machhapuchchhre Bank’s AGM approves dividend: Five board members gets elected

16th AGM of Machhapuchchhre Bank (MBL) organized today, has approved 12 percent bonus shares and 0.63 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
AGM has given approval to issue right shares on 5:1 ratios. Five board members of promoter shareholder category were elected today. Former member Dr. Birendra Prasad Mahato is leading the board onwards as a chairman.
Roshan KC, son of former chairman Surya Bahadur KC, is going to represent as a new Board Member. Other elected Board Members; Prakash KC, Gopi Krishna Neupane and Gyan Prasad Karmacharya, remained unchange.
