Machhapuchchhre Bank virtually convenes its 22nd AGM; endorses proposal of 10.4% dividend to its shareholders

Machhapuchchhre Bank has virtually convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2076-77.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 7.03% bonus shares and 3.37% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
The AGM has also elected Mr. Jaya Mukunda Khanal, Mr. Biswo Prakash Gautam and Ms. Srijana Karki Bhattarai to the board from its public shareholder’s group, as per the media statement.
The bank had earned Rs 1.26 arba in the previous FY as net profit with Rs 14.96 EPS, has Rs 8.45 arba as paid-up capital, Rs 1.70 arba in its reserve, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 160 branches, 148 branchless banking units and 200 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
