Machhapuchchhre Bank to enable customers to open online Demat account; customers no longer need to queue up at branches now

Machhapuchchhre Bank has started an online Demat account opening service to facilitate its customers to have hassle-free access to the stock market.

Under the latest arrangement, customers can visit the bank’s official website to open Demat accounts following which the Demat account number will be available right in their email account. In case, customers having a bank account with a different bank opt to open Demat account at Machhapuchchhre Bank, they are required to visit the nearest branch for one time in order to get their account verified, as per the media statement.
