Machhapuchchhre Bank settles insurance claim of Rs 43.8K to its customer of Smart Saving Account

Machhapuchchhre Bank has handed the insurance amount to its account holder from Bhaktapur Ms. Bindina Tyat as committed for all its Smart Saving Account customers. Ms. Tyat was handed the prior committed hospital treatment amount worth of Rs 43.8 thousand amid a program.

Customers having Smart Saving Account with minimum balance of Rs 5 thousand are entitled to receive Rs 5 lakh worth of accidental insurance, Rs 1 lakh worth of health insurance and Rs 5 thousand worth of medical insurance. the bank has been providing 7% interest in its Smart Saving Account and Salary Saving Accounts, as per the media statement from the bank.

The bank is currently providing banking services from its 86 branches, 2 extension counters, 28 branchless banking units and 99 ATM outlets all over the nation.
