Machhapuchchhre Bank organizes range of financial literacy events across the nation; observes Global Money Week 2022 to educate the masses

Machhapuchchhre Bank, under its CSR initiative, has organized financial literacy and interaction events at several schools and colleges across the nation so as to spread financial literacy among the students, teachers, and other locals on the occasion of Global Money Week, 2022.

The bank has also organized a walkathon event in Kathmandu with placards to display different banking-related information. The bank organized financial literacy events at Bhairahawa and Nepalgunj in Lumbini province, at Golbazar and Janakpur in Madhesh province, at Itahari and Birtamod in Province I, at Dhangadi in Sudurpashim province, and at Pokhara in Gandaki province, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 164 branches, 203 ATM outlets, 8 extension counters, and 157 branchless banking units under its network serving more than 13 lakh customers.
