Machhapuchchhre Bank convenes its 24th AGM; appoints 3 new BoDs from promoter shareholder group

Machhapuchchhre Bank convened its 24^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 29, 2079.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM also elected Dr. Upendra Mahatto, Mr. Roshan K.C., and Mr. Haribhakta Sigdel as the BoDs of the bank from the promoter shareholder group, as per the media statement.

The bank had earned Rs 1.68 arba by the end of the previous fiscal year, raised deposits of Rs 150.10 arba, provided loans of Rs 131.27 arba, and maintained an NPL of 1.04% by the end of the previous fiscal year.

The bank currently has 165 branches, 206 ATM booths,, 157 branchless banking units, and 10 extension counters under its network.
