Machhapuchchhre Bank convenes its 23rd AGM; endorses proposal of 14% dividend to shareholders

Machhapuchchhre Bank has convened its 23^rd AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman on Kartik 26, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 13.30% bonus shares and 0.70% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The bank had earned Rs 1.60 arba by the end of the previous fiscal year thereby registering an EPS of Rs 17.76, has a paid-up value of Rs 9.05 arba, and has Rs 2.70 arba in its reserve.

The bank currently has 162 branches, 200 ATM booths, and 154 branchless banking units under its network.
