Machhapuchchhre Bank constructs and hands over resting zone to Lumbini Development Fund; aims to provide some comfort to pilgrims visiting Lord Buddha’s birthplace

Machhapuchchhre Bank, under its  CSR initiative, has constructed a resting room for the travelers and pilgrims at Lumbini the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha.

The newly constructed facility was handed over amid a program by Lumbini province head of the bank Mr. Ujwol Pandey to the Treasurer of Lumbini Development Fund Mr. Surendra Mani Shakya and project head Mr. Saroj Bhattarai.

The bank currently serves its customers via 160 branches, 133 branchless banking units, 5 extension counters, 200 ATM booths, and more than 1000 POS terminals throughout the nation.
