Machhapuchchhre Bank calls AGM on Kartik 26; to endorse its 13.30% bonus shares and 0.70% cash dividend

Machhapuchchhre Bank has declared its 23^rd AGM scheduled on Kartik 26, 2078.

After the Nepal Rastra Bank endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 13.30% bonus shares worth Rs 1.20 arba and 0.70% cash dividend worth Rs  6.33 crore, the bank has called for the AGM.  The bank will have its book closed from Kartik 7 for the AGM purpose, as per the media statement.

The bank had earned Rs 1.60 arba net profit, maintained EPS of Rs 17.76, has paid-up capital of Rs 9.05 arba, and has a reserve of Rs 2.02 arba by the end of the previous fiscal year.

The bank currently has 162 branches, 175 branchless banking units, 7 extension counters, and 203 ATM outlets under its network.
