Machhapuchchhre Bank brings voicebox service for its QR merchants and customers; to provide additional voice confirmation after receiving QR payments
Machhapuchchhre Bank has launched Voice Box service in its QR payment service for its merchants and mobile banking customers.
This is an Instant Payment Notification in voice message service where the merchants will also receive instant voice message confirmation after receiving QR payment from their client, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 165 branches, 12 extension counters, 130 branchless banking units, and 203 ATM outlets serving its 15 lakh plus customers.
