Machhapuchchhre Bank for the first time in Nepal has kicked-off Artificial Intelligence based service “Maya” in its website and Facebook Messenger. Using Maya program, the bank has enabled its customers to receive more information about the bank and its services in an interactive way with the involvement of artificial intelligence. Customers through their interaction with Maya can receive range of information about their Machhapuchchhre bank account details as well as the general details about the bank.

To receive this service, customers will need to find Machchapuchchre Bank in Facebook Messenger or scan the QR code of the bank.

The bank is currently providing banking service through its 86 branches, 2 extension counters, 27 branchless banking units and 99 ATM outlets throughout the nation.
