Mabilung Hydropower appoints Laxmi Capital as issue manager for its upcoming IPO

Mabilung HydroPower Company has appointed Laxmi Capital Market as issue manager for its upcoming IPO issue.

The agreement was signed between Director of the hydro company Mr. Deven Shrestha and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Rajiv Sapkota amid a program, as per the media statement.

The hydro company will be floating 18.90 lakh unit shares to the general investors worth Rs 18.90 crore. The hydro company is currently constructing 4.95 MW Upper Peluwa Khola-3 hydro project in Sankhuwasabha district, as per the media statement.
