Lumbini General Insurance convenes 14th AGM; shareholders to go empty handed without any bonus

Lumbini General Insurance has convened its 14th AGM on Shrawan 29, 2076. The AGM was chaired by chairman of the insurance company Mr. Manohar Das Mool who presented the financial highlights of the insurance company.
Chairman Mr. Mull informed that the company is in process of issuing 20% right shares to its shareholders as per the decision of SGM and also informed that the company had raised insurance premium of Rs 1.36 arba during the review period.
