Lumbini General Insurance announces 15th AGM to be held on Ashad 24; to endorse 8.125% bonus shares

The 206th BOD meeting of Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited (LGIL) has decided that the 15th AGM of the company will be held on 24th Ashad, 2077 (8th July, 2020) at Company Office, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The company is endorsing 8.125% bonus share worth Rs 8.58 crore and 0.406% cash dividend worth Rs 0.42 lakh for tax purpose. After bonus shares company paid up capital will reaches to Rs 1.14 arba. The company is also electing 2 directors from public shareholders group.
For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on 8th Ashad, 2077. Investors holding shares of the company till 7th Shrawan, 2077 will be eligible for dividend and to participate in the AGM of the company.
