Lumbini General Insurance announces 10% bonus share

The BOD meeting of Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited (LGIL) has proposed 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of the company has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Beema Samiti and the company upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Previous year also Lumbini General Insurance Co. had offered 10.52 percent bonus share to its shareholder.
