Lumbini General Insurance 10th AGM today; BoD proposes 10.53% stock dividend

Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited (LGIL) is holding its 10th Annual General Meeting on 25th Falgun (today). The AGM is set to endorse 10.53 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.
The AGM will be held at the Regency Banquet, Gyaneshwor, at 11 am. The other agendas of the meeting are financial highlight of 2070/71 and appointment of an auditor. Lumbini General Insurance has posted a net profit of Rs.24.35 million in the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
