Lumbini Bikas Bank steps into 11th year of operation; welcomes 6 new BOD members

Lumbini Bikas Bank has conducted its 10th AGM on Bhadra 30, 2075. The AGM has endorsed the financial reports, profit and loss details and balance sheet of the FY 2074-75.

The AGM has also appointed new members to the board of the development bank among whom Mr. Sushil Raj Parajuli, Mr. Chintamani Bhattrai, Mr. Rup Jyoti are appointed from the promoters group while Mr. Prabin Krishna Shrestha, Mr. Ram Chandra Sigdel and Mr. Pratap Kumar Acharya from the public shareholders’ group into the board. The national level development bank is currently providing banking services from its 60  branches and 20 ATM outlets.
