Lumbini Bikas Bank convenes its 15th AGM; clears way for 12% dividend for shareholders

Lumbini Bikas Bank convened its 15^th AGM on Poush 26, 2079 under the leadership of the bank’s chairman Mr. Prabin Krishna Shrestha. Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed the proposal to provide a 12% dividend that includes a 9% cash dividend and 3% bonus shares to the shareholders.

The AGM has also unanimously elected new BoDs who include Mr. Chintamani Bhattarai, Mr. Ram Chandra Sigdel, and Mr. Prabin Krishna Shrestha from the promoter group while Mr. Ganesh Raj Regmi, Mr. Arjun Thapa, and Mr. Kesav Khatiwada from public shareholder group, as per the media statement. 

The bank has 88 branches, and 1 extension counter under its network across all seven provinces of the nation.
