Lumbini Bikas Bank convenes its 14th AGM; endorses proposal of 13.68% dividend to shareholders

Lumbini Bikas Bank has convened its 14^th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Dashrath Risal on Poush 9, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the  board’s proposal to provide 13% bonus shares and 0.68% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The bank currently provides its services to its 3 lakh plus customers from its 77 branches, and 17 ATM outlets spread in 31 districts of the nation.
