Lumbini Bikas Bank begins online account opening service; customers no longer need to take Covid risk merely for opening bank account

Lumbini Bikas Bank has launched a new service to facilitate online account opening for its customers during the ongoing Covid infection threat.

Customers willing to open online account with the bank can do it simply by visiting bank’s website where they can fill in all their details and upload identification documents without visiting any of the branches where the account details will be provided in the email addresses of the customers, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 68 branches under its network.
