Lumbini Bikas Bank announces AGM without bonus; 10th AGM to be convened on Bhadra 31

Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) has announced 10^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be convened on Bhadra 31, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Amrit Bhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting are:

1. To convert the financial aid provided to individuals and companies worth Rs 2,71,219 as Corporate Social Responsibility.
2. To provide authority to the directors regarding the signing in any kind activities related to mergers and acquisition.

The other agendas of the meeting include:

1. To endorse the audited financial statement for the fiscal year 2073/74.
2. To endorse consolidate financial statement of VIbor Capital Limited for the fiscal year 2073/74.
3. Appointment of the statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75 and
4. Appointment of 3 directors each from the Ordinary shareholders group and Promoters group.

For the upcoming AGM of the development bank, the book closure has been announced from Bhadra 17 till Bharda 31, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the development bank till Bhadra 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
