Lumbini Bank to start distribution of 5% cash dividend warrant from Sunday

Lumbini Bank Limited (LUBL) is distributing cash dividend warrants to its shareholders from Mangsir 21, 2071.

Lumbini Bank has endorsed 5 percent cash and 6 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The cash dividend would be distributed from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at its RTS, Citizen Investment Trust located in New Baneshwar, according to a notice issued by the bank today.

The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders number.

Last year, company has offered 8 percent bonus share to its share holders.
