Lumbini Bank holding 14th AGM today; 11% dividend to be endorsed

Lumbini Bank Limited (LUBL) is convening its 14th annual general meeting (AGM) today at Chamber of Commerce Meeting hall, Narayanghat, Chitwan from 10 AM onwards.
The bank has also proposed 11 percent dividend including 6 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
Lumbini Bank had offered 8 percent dividend to the shareholders from the net profit in the previous fiscal year 2069/70.
