Lumbini Bank and Navadurga Finance to hold special AGM on May 23

Lumbini Bank Limited and Navadurga Finance Company Limited which have reached to merger decision have announced their special AGM to be held on May 23.
Lumibini Bank has called its special AGM in Chitwan Chapter of FNCCI to endorse the merger with Navadurga.
Similarly Navadurga has scheduled its special AGM at its Central office, Bhaktapur.
The Swap Ratio will be as determined by the due diligence audit conducted by the banks, according to the special AGM notices issued by both the BFIs today.
