LS Capital to Provide Corporate Advisory for Sunrise Holdings

LS Capital and Sunrise Holdings Private Limited have agreed for LS Capital to provide corporate advisory services to Sunrise Holdings.

This agreement was formalized by Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of LS Capital, and Subash Amatya, Executive Chairman of Sunrise Holdings, at a signing event in Kathmandu.

As per the agreement, LS Capital will facilitate various tasks, including preparations for Sunrise Holdings’ initial public offering (IPO). Sunrise Holdings, founded in 2014, focuses on investments in key government sectors like hydropower, transport, agriculture, and tourism, and participates in the stock market.

LS Capital, owned by Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, is an established player in the merchant banking sector, offering a range of services as a licensed merchant banker.
