Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company Calls AGM On Jestha 29 With an Agenda to Issue IPO

Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company  Limited has called its 7th AGM 29th Jestha, 2082]3. The meeting will be held in the Delish Opera Restro & Banquet, Baluwatar, kathmandu starting at 05:00 PM.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2081/82 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2082/83 and to determine their remuneration.
4) To issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public
6) Miscellaneous.
