Looking to build your career in agro sector? Mega Bank to extend subsidized loan to tomato cultivators around Kathmandu

Mega Bank has inked an agreement with Karma Group to provide affordable credit facilities to the tomato producers of Kathmandu valley and surrounding areas.

The agreement for the same was signed between the Deputy CEO of the bank Mr. Rabina Deshraj Shrestha and the chairman of Karma Group Mr. Suresh Gurung amid a program.

Following the agreement, 50 farmers under Karma Group’s recommendation will receive a subsidized credit facility from the bank in the first phase to help them in their tomato cultivation while the bank will extend this scheme gradually to other districts, as per the media statement.
