Lock-in Period of 90,000 Units of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Ashwin 11

Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited (OMPL) has informed that the lock-in period of 90,000 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 11th Ashwin, 2082.

The company had issued a total of 18,00,000 unit shares, equivalent to 18% of its issued capital of Rs. 60 crores. Out of this, 5%, or 90,000 shares, were allocated to mutual funds with a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

With the completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free for trading from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
