Lock-in Period of 75,236 Units of Mabilung Energy Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Falgun 08

Mabilung Energy Limited (MABEL) has informed that the lock-in period of 1,45,975 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 8th Falgun, 2082.

The company had an issued capital of Rs. 38.58 Crores. Out of the total 15,04,706 units, 75,236 (i.e., 5% of 15,04,706) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
