Lock-in Period of 46,625 Units of Him Star Urja Company Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Magh 1

Him Star Urja Company Limited (HIMSTAR) has informed that the lock-in period of 46,625 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 1st Magh, 2082.

The company had an issued capital of Rs. 37.30 crores. Out of the total 9,32,500 units, 46,625 (i.e., 5% of 9,32,500) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
