Lock-in Period of 1,98,584.65 Units of Trade Tower Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Mangsir 29

Trade Tower Limited (TTL) has informed that the lock-in period of 1,98,584.65 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 29th Mangsir, 2082.

The company had an issued capital of Rs. 81.56 crores. Out of the total 39,71,693 units, 1,98,584.65 (i.e., 5% of 39,71,693) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
