Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWASTIK) has informed that the lock-in period of 11,550 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on Falgun 11, 2082.
The company had an issued capital of Rs. 5.77 Crores. Out of the total 231,000 units, 11,550 (i.e., 5% of 231,000) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.
Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
