Lock-in Period of 112,500 Units of Nepal Micro Insurance Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Bhadra 22

Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited (NMIC) has informed that the lock-in period of 112,500 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 22nd Bhadra, 2082.
The company had issued a total of 2,250,000 unit shares, equivalent to 30% of its issued capital of Rs. 75 crores. Out of this, 5%, or 112,500 shares, were allocated to mutual funds with a mandatory six-month lock-in period.
With the completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free for trading from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
