Lock-in Period of 1,03,750 Units of Bungal Hydro Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Chaitra 1

Bungal Hydro Limited (BUNGAL) has informed that the lock-in period of 1,03,750 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 1st Chaitra, 2082.
The company had an issued capital of Rs. 83 Crores. Out of the total 20,75,000 units, 1,45,975 (i.e., 5% of 20,75,000 ) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.
Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
