Locals of Sindhupalchowk can make online application for IPO of Madhya Bhotekoshi hydro project; Global IME Capital makes new arrangement supported with online fund transfer

Global IME Capital, the issue manager of Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydro Power, which is currently a floating IPO for the locals of Sindhupalchowk district, has made an arrangement for online share application.

The locals resident of Sindhupalchowk district can now visit http://onlinedemat.globalimecapital.com/shareapply to submit the necessary verification documents and apply for minimum 50 units to maximum 400 unit shares.

Applicants can pay the required amount digitally whose details are also given in the above portal before applying for the IPO share whose receipt has to be uploaded along with the application, as per the media statement.

The new arrangement is expected to help a lot of applicants from the district to apply for the IPO during the current situation of prohibitory orders and COVID transmissions.
